Anchinhaar explains Shruti Publication through a model in which authors do not pay for publication and retain copyright. He distinguishes Gajendra Thakur’s creative and editorial role from Nagendra Kumar Jha’s resource and technical support, then discusses Panji publication and opportunities for new writers. A numbered list of 100 titles makes the essay a publishing record as well as an argument about access. Financial figures remain the editor’s reported figures.
