Anchinhaar constructs a chronology that separates translated picture books, original collections and magazine publication. He situates Preeti Thakur’s early translations and later originals alongside the work of other creators and the spread of web publishing. His account challenges an existing priority claim while explicitly inviting evidence of earlier examples; its publication-history assertions are presented as his research position.
