                                    Decoding
The first block of the Khand 1 index is the gate to the entire
volume. It identifies गोत्र, मूल, and मूलग्राम relations. This is not a
casual village list. It is the skeleton of origin, branch, and village
attachment for Khand 1.

Decoding rule: each row must be read as a three-layer unit: गोत्र ->
मूल -> मूलग्राम. The village names following the मूल are not loose
localities; they are source-linked place evidence to be carried into
