  Asi Ekhara Gramaramabh: Nasira-Deshe Pada, Vishwanath,
Nandan, Bhanjan, Bhairam, Kanhuram, Shambhunath, Kuli,
Bhaynath, Pratapanath, Kalikant, Shivanand, Pokharia, and Nasira-
Deshe Bhadari

  1. The Asi-Ekhara opening under Nasira Deshe Pada
    The chapter begins with “अथ आसी एकहरा ग्रामारम्भः.” The opening
location note is “नशिरा देशे पाडा,” and the first named descent is from
Chandrapati Hedu to Vishwanath. Vishwanath is connected with Alay and
Shyam, and his recorded sons are Nandan, Bhanjan, and Bhikhari. The entry
is short, but it is dense: it places a small village-start section inside the wider
Nasira-country geography and immediately links it to Khaual, Khandwala,
Hariam, Kujouli, and Darhiara networks.

    3. Pratapanath, Kalikant, Shivanand, Pokharia, and Bhadari
   Bhaynath’s son Pratapanath is linked with Kothua, Gorachan, Mishra
Rupnath, Sodarpur, and Mishra Bhairav. The next generation is carried
through Kalikant and Shivanand, with Ratauli-Darhiara, Kirtinath, Jiyalal,
Tarauni-Karmaha, Rajnath, and the daughter Saraswati. Saraswati’s
daughter Bhuvaneshwari is connected with Pokharia, Brahmapur-Darhiara,
Patani, and Rashiklal, preserving another important cross-place link.
  Under the subheading “पोखरिया,” Kalikant’s sons Chakradhar and
Shashidhar are recorded with Kadaria, Jagatmani, Brahmapur-Darhiara, and
Madhuri. The next small block, “नशिरा देशे भडरी,” gives Shivanand’s sons
