A surprise interrupts the vocabulary pattern
The sampled opening of the race identifies coloured vehicles, then shifts into the familiar rhythm of a start: one, two, three, go. Lucky's arrival and victory introduce a small disruption to the expected contest. A compact sequence thus gives colour and object vocabulary a reason to move, instead of leaving them as a list.
The narrative's strength is the change in expectation. A beginning reader can anticipate a race among the already introduced participants, then revise that expectation when someone else joins. The parallel Maithili and English text also lets the pace of the call be heard in two languages.
