HOW TO READ THIS LIBRARY
These are English critical notes, not translations of the books. Some examine passages or images directly; others are explicitly marked introductions based on publisher material. Each entry states its basis and links to the source.
The Preeti section follows the 17 items attributed to her in the public Videha catalogue, including translations and a manuscript archive. It is not a claim that no other work exists. The Gajendra section covers the 42 entries listed under “00 मुख्य समग्र” in the Samagra snapshot consulted on 8 September 2026.
Collected works and multi-volume series receive one assessment per catalogue entry, with their volume links retained. The three digital companions are assessed as resources, not mislabelled as books. These pages do not claim a separate close reading of every constituent volume or all thirty-seven children's novels.
English title renderings help navigation and may not be official translated titles. Original titles are retained. Translation, editing, adaptation and archival roles are distinguished; the original contributors' credits remain in the linked editions. All opinions here belong to these editorial notes, not to the featured authors.
